They must meet our strict criteria and hold our values and visions.

Our basic criteria:

They've been in business for at least 24 months or more.
They have an ABN and is qualified for their field of expertise.
They must be insured.
They must be a good character.
We must have use them ourselves or see them on a frequent basis.
There is only 1 of their business category on our list per real estate location.
......at least they can smile now and then.
We follow up on their job and have testimonials.
like all services there are varies opinions, but they will be out of our list after 3 bad incidents.
