Our dedicated manager will contact you for a meeting and discuss your needs and wants; thus outlining your goals and objectives.
2 - Baxa Services Stage
Using your goals and objectives we look at services that best suits to your needs and wants.
Below are some services that may incorporate along the way to help achieveing your goal.
- BAXA for real estate agency matters and refering to our network service providers.
- Other nominated agent. Sometime your property may be out of our reach, hence we may nominated another qualified agent whom will give you the same services. There are no extra charges and yet, you have both of us working for you :) !!
- Solicitor or conveyancer to help prepare section 32 and for legal matters.
- Tradesmen such as: gardener, painter, plasterer, handymen, electrician, plumbers, re-stumper, etc.. for touch up of your property.
- Builder for bigger jobs such as remodeling, renovation, extension and alterations. Remake in order to achieve a higher target goal.
- We have worked also with draftperson, architecture, townplanner, building engineer, building surveyor (for your permit).
- Web designer as we may give you a unique webpage and domain for your property.
- Photographer, journalist, sign board writer.
- Furniture hire, so you can stage your property.
- We may use other services not listed above to fit in with your agenda.
3 - Baxa Marketing
As the property is ready, we may use a combination of methods below to market you property.
- Prominent Websites www.realestate.com.au, www.domain.com.au, etc...
- Unique Website such; as google (ie create your own domain name and website eg. www.2flowerdrsunshine.com), Youtube
oversea website, different nationality real estate website
- Signboard
- Local paper
- Community Paper and or Non-English paper, depending on your areas.
- Direct Mailing ie postcard to local and surrounding areas. Quite frequently people buy in their area.
- Baxa Database and Network, is one of our most effective proven method to sell your property. Especially for unique property such as development site or boutique home.
- for other method not list above we will choose the ones that best fit to your need.
4 - Baxa SOLD
Our hardworking and dedicated manager will contact you on a regular basis (daily/weekly) via sms, phone, email, or in person; as per your choice.
Once sold and settled you will receive our Thank-You package as well as details of the donation to your local primary school.
